How do we know if we're ready for a campaign?
We have a process for figuring that out together — a readiness conversation that is honest, specific to your organization, and doesn't cost you anything. We have told organizations they were not ready. We would rather do that than take your money.
What if we've never worked with a consultant before?
Most of our clients haven't. The embedded approach actually makes it easier — we are not a vendor you have to manage. We show up, we learn your culture, and we work. You'll forget we're not on staff.
